McArthur is partnering with our Federal Government client who is looking for an experienced Senior Complex Case Manager - Mutually Respectful Behaviour Specialist for an immediate start to join their Canberra team.
Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Senior Complex Case Manager - Mutually Respectful Behaviour Specialist is responsible for supporting the provision of high quality, veteran-centric, trauma-informed case management practice across the Coordinated Client Support Branch and reports to an identified Assistant Director.
About you:
Our ideal candidate is an experienced, passionate Senior Complex Case Manager who specialises in trauma-informed case management. We are seeking interest from candidates who can demonstrate:
4. Experience providing clinically informed case management to veterans presenting with challenging behaviours and/or with complex needs and guidance to case managers in their case management of veterans.
5. Experience contributing to the preparation of high level client summaries and briefs, including maintaining high quality documentation.
6. Experience managing a limited case load of highly complex clients presenting with challenging behaviour.
Mandatory Requirements:
7. Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Mental Health Occupational Therapist / Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration
8. OR Qualification as a Social Worker eligible for membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW) and be eligible to apply for Mental Health accreditation.
9. Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance
10. Candidates must have extensive and relevant clinical and case management experience.
11. Must be an Australian Citizen
