Day to day tasks include:
- Answering phone calls and making appointments
- Taking payments for services provided
- processing Medicare and Insurance claims
- Providing administrative support to practitioners
- Answering any questions as the face of the clinic
- Regular CPD training
- Work and develop skills alongside leading practitioners who are passionate about what they do.
About you:
- Previous medical reception experience is desired but not essential
- Great organisational skills
- Professional appearance
- Quick learner
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multi task
- Must have a bubbly, energetic personality
