Reservations Agent
, you will be part of the
Guest Experience
team within the
Group Customer & Product
division, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will contribute to the seamless booking experience for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and enhances our reputation as a trusted destination.
A few of your responsibilities:
* Handle guest reservations and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Provide accurate information about our properties, services, and availability
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest needs are met
* Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment
What we are looking for:
* Experience in front-line customer service or contact centre roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
* A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
