Job Description Manage and coordinate new product development projects from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and quality assurance.
Take on a leadership role when the Manager is not present.
Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Support the implementation of new processes and workflows for product development.
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and consumer needs.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
