Job Title: Regional Office Coordinator
This role supports the delivery of services that contribute to enabling students to achieve their full potential.
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our core regional office team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Main Responsibilities:
* Office management including budgeting and financial planning
* Executive assistance including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
* Maintaining a regional events calendar
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures
* Providing advice and guidance to staff on administrative matters
* Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
