CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to support site operations with a reputable client. This role will provide hands-on safety support to operational teams while assisting with compliance, investigations, and safety systems across site. Responsibilities: Support the implementation and compliance of site Health & Safety policies and procedures Provide safety guidance and advice to supervisors, employees, and contractors on site Assist with internal and external safety audits Maintain and update records within the site safety management system (BSafe) Review incident reports, safety observations, and hazard reports Assist with incident investigations and corrective action tracking Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety observations Monitor hazard identification and risk management processes Support the close-out of safety actions from incidents, audits, and inspections Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings to reinforce site safety standards Assist in maintaining compliance with WHS legislation and internal safety frameworks Our Ideal Candidate: Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (Cert IV OHS) – required Certificate IV Training & Assessment – highly desirable Minimum 3 years’ experience in safety roles Previous experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry environments preferred Demonstrated experience working with safety management systems Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirements Experience supporting incident investigations, inspections, and hazard management Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with operational teams Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards What’s On Offer: Darwin-based FIFO opportunity with an 8/6 roster Work within a major mining operation with a reputable client 6-month casual contract with immediate start available Competitive hourly rate (to be presented by candidate) Opportunity to work within a safety-focused operation supporting large-scale mining activities Exposure to a well-established safety management system within a global resources organisation To Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY, or get in touch with Lorissa from CELOTTI WORKFORCE by sending your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au.
