This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
Keep in mind that initially this role will be working between two locations – Gold Coast Office and Brisbane Office. This is to build rapport with the Founder and the CFO. The role will then transition to a Hybrid Working Model, with some days in the office and some Work‐From‐Home, depending on the Founder and CFO expectation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Founder's calendar and appointments, including travel bookings (flights, accommodation)
* Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and stakeholders
* Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
* Arrange staff travel and manage office access cards
* Monitor timesheets and forecasts for General Managers
* Assist in coordinating Queensland team events and supporting internal activities
* Maintain company documentation and templates
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years as an Administration/EA/PA person
* Experience in a tech environment, resilient, versatile, and able to manage diverse personalities
* Ability to assist with cultural celebrations and bring creative flair to events (e.g., Diwali celebration)
* Must have experience in a tech setting and ability to manage a variety of tasks and personalities
This is a 6‐month fixed‐term contract (FTC).
