At Lockhart Drafting & Design, we're a small Toowoomba design studio with a big heart.
We create homes that feel good to live in - functional, thoughtful, and tailored to our clients' lives.

We care about great design, good systems, good coffee... and each other.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work across new homes and renovations, taking projects from early concept ideas through to full structural documentation.
Your week will be a healthy mix of drafting, design development, problem-solving, and chatting with clients either in our office or onsite.
And because balance matters, you'll enjoy a 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off.
Who You Are
Has 2+ years of residential drafting experience
Can show a small portfolio of your work
Loves detail and accuracy
Communicates clearly and warmly with clients
Is organised, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
Brings a relaxed, positive attitude to the team
Formal qualifications aren't essential - skill, initiative and attitude matter more to us.
Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
