We are seeking a Psychologist to join our team in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be warm, curious, and authentic in their approach to client work, with a commitment to clinical integrity and lifelong learning.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy true flexibility in your working hours, allowing you to shape your caseload and work autonomously. Our practice is committed to providing a sustainable workload, capping sessions at 5 per day to ensure high-quality care without feeling rushed.
You will have the opportunity to participate in regular supervision, including monthly 1:1 sessions and group supervision, as well as a generous CPD budget and access to in-house training with guest experts. Our admin team handles all behind-the-scenes tasks, allowing you to focus on your clients.
