Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support our team at Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Vans Eagle Farm. As a key member of the service team, you will play a crucial role in organising service bookings, communicating with guests, costing and invoicing repairs, and working closely with the workshop and parts department.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications to clients in a clear and concise manner
* Obtain accurate parts and labour prices from suppliers
* Promote relevant service offerings to clients based on their individual needs
* Maintain effective communication with clients regarding the servicing of their vehicles
* Prepare invoices and close allocated repair orders in a timely and efficient manner
About You:
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and presentation skills to ensure a positive experience for our valued clients
* Show strong organisational skills with attention to detail to deliver high-quality results
* Demonstrate competency with IT systems, ERA experience an advantage
* Exhibit calm and efficient behaviour with high work standards and accuracy
* Develop strong relationships with clients to grow our business
* Experience working with light commercials and fleet management is highly regarded
* Hold a valid driver's licence
