What will I be doing? The management of the team on a daily basis Up skilling of Conferencing & Events team Manage the relationship and business processes between C&E Sales & C&E Operations Manage departmental productivity Recruitment, training and development of the team Regularly review and manage individual and team performance against objectives and provide feedback Provide relevant coaching to the team Developing and implementing individual team members and both department training plans to meet business needs
