Role Overview
As the HR Business Partner you will work as part of a larger People & Culture team, partnering with senior management and business leaders to create, drive, and deliver people solutions in line with the business strategy. Your role will incorporate value‑adding solutions across a range of areas including strategic workforce planning, talent and succession management, culture & engagement planning, performance coaching, case management, change management, and coaching complex employment advice.
Responsibilities
* Strategic workforce planning and talent management aligned with business goals.
* Succession planning to support leadership continuity.
* Culture & engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
* Performance coaching and development programmes.
* Case management and escalation of employee relations issues.
* Change management support for organisational transformations.
* Providing coaching and complex employment advice to business leaders.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a true business partner.
* Comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive business results.
* Experience in supporting escalated ER issues and case management.
* Demonstrated ability to develop clear, actionable steps that support overall business strategy.
* Strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes.
* Collaborative across all HR functions to deliver solutions for the business.
* Self‑motivation, drive, resilience, and high skill in influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility, and building stakeholder relationships.
* Patient, assertive, diplomatic, with a collaborative style and willingness to take ownership of your portfolio.

Education
* Bachelor of Business majoring in HR Management or equivalent.
