About the RoleBased in Shepparton, Victoria, this Casual clinical position involves managing resident care daily, providing leadership and support to care staff and Enrolled Nurses, conducting assessments, and implementing best practices for positive outcomes. Responsibilities include overseeing medical interventions, consulting with allied health and medical personnel, and ensuring timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements. Reporting issues to the Facility Manager and ensuring adequate staffing are also essential.
