Housekeeping Supervisor Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping department, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver excellent results. You will be an effective communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team members to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures are in place.
* Monitor rosters, attendance, and productivity of the team.
* Empower individuals to develop and maintain good practices.
* Drive guest satisfaction by empowering the team to provide service beyond expectations.
* Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across areas.
* E nsure compliance with WHS processes and procedures.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services.
* Assist in on-the-job department and staff training.
