Key Responsibilities

* Manage sales and stock, engage customers, and manage staff as needed.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to drive sales growth.
* Resolve customer queries with professionalism and care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Handle daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

We are looking for someone with:

* Leadership or supervisory experience in the retail sector (preferably food-related).
* Proven interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and drive business results.
* The ability to remain calm and focused during peak trading hours, meeting customer needs efficiently.
* A professional, polite, and friendly approach with a strong sense of initiative to deliver results.
* An eye for detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
* The ability to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing product displays that drive sales.
* A high level of personal hygiene to maintain a positive work environment.
* Availability for weekend shifts and flexibility to work over the holiday period.
