The Role

Our model of service delivery hinges on the pivotal role of Neighbourhood Team Leaders, who act as a bridge connecting clients to their local communities.

Based in Lismore, Ballina and surrounds, NSW, this role would suit an experienced Supports Coordinator looking to broaden their skillset to Team Management. Taking on a number of existing clients, this role would also have a focus of growing the client base in the local community.

This role will suit someone who is looking for Full Time. We are open to discussion about flexible working hours to suit the right candidate.

Fully remote but based in the local community, this role will work from home as they are the beacon of local knowledge for our clients, connecting people to local services. Your role will include client outreach and growth, providing client support, ensuring quality and safeguarding, and fostering the development of your team.


Key responsibilities

* Supporting clients to achieve their goals through strength-based and person-centred planning.
* Coordinating NDIS packages and fostering meaningful community connections for clients.
* Rostering, leading and inspiring a team of local Support Workers to deliver exceptional services.
