Key Responsibilities
* Lead a kitchen team; ensure standard recipes are followed to maintain menu consistency.
* Involve in menu planning, design, and costings; manage relationships with suppliers and customers.
About You / Qualifications
* A career professional with hospitality experience; Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef experience is advantageous.
* A leader who can train and motivate a kitchen team.
* Friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude; team player.
* Creative flair and excellent presentation skills.
