Offer description

Clinical Facilitator (Student Placement), Queensland Health

Love clinical practice but feel the pull toward teaching, leadership and shaping the future workforce? This role lets you do all three without stepping away from patient care. As a Clinical Facilitator (Student Placement), you'll guide and inspire student and graduate nurses across Yeppoon and Mount Morgan, working autonomously while supported by a progressive Education and Research Unit. You'll model advanced, evidence‑based practice, influence learning cultures on the floor, and contribute to education, quality and research initiatives that genuinely lift clinical standards. If you're ready to expand your scope, lead with purpose and leave a lasting mark on the next generation of nurses - this is where your experience makes its biggest impact.
