Early Childhood Teacher
We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at a Kindergarten in Queensland. As an experienced educator or recent graduate, you will be supported and encouraged to develop your skills in a nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Curriculum Development: Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive Kindergarten programs aligned with the EYLF framework.
* Relationship Building: Establishing strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Learning Environment: Creating inspiring learning environments that spark curiosity and discovery.
* Documentation: Documenting children's learning through thoughtful observation and reflection.
* Catholic Values: Representing Catholic Early EdCare values within the community.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD).
* An understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law Regulations.
* Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
