We are continuing to expand our team and are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver electrical infrastructure projects to our customers within the Mines & Quarries segment. You will join our dynamic team of Project Managers who are working together to drive and deliver the strategic objectives and priorities of the organisation. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to make it your own.
About the Role
Working within the Industrial Services Business Unit, our Project Managers are exposed to new and exciting projects and are responsible for:
* Take part in short- and long-term strategic planning and execution
* Project delivery from tender to handover
* Management of projects financial performance and cost forecasting
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of mining and quarrying projects, from scoping and tendering through to execution and close-out.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner across regional operations.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reporting.
* Manage site teams, contractors, and resources to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Actemium's safety and quality standards.
* Support the growth of the Mines & Quarries portfolio
* Training, developing and mentoring your team to achieve a high-performance culture
Qualifications
* Queensland Electrical Work Licence
* Construction Industry White Card
* Class C Drivers Licence (QLD)
