As Concession Manager, you will be the face of their brand within the David Jones Chatswood store. You'll lead from the front, driving sales, managing a small team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the luxury experience our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all day-to-day operations of the concession, ensuring smooth and effective performance
* Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised styling experiences
* Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
* Liaise with head office on stock levels, product launches, and promotions
* Monitor inventory, process deliveries, and manage replenishment efficiently
* Build and nurture strong relationships with David Jones floor managers and staff
* Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance, customer feedback, and opportunities
Key Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion or department store concessions
* A genuine passion for premium womenswear and styling
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Immaculate personal presentation and professional communication
* Understanding of visual merchandising and brand standards
* Confident using POS systems and retail reporting tools
* Flexible availability, including weekends, late trade, and key trading periods
