As our company grows, we are looking for an initiative-taking, hands-on HSEQ Advisor to join our team and support our operations.

The Role\
Supporting and coaching employees and contractors on HSEQ matters across operational sites
Developing, reviewing, and maintaining HSEQ policies, procedures, SWMS, and JHAs aligned to ISO standards and legislative requirements
Supporting the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO ***** management systems
Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across crane and lifting operations
Applying critical risk management principles to high-risk activities, including lifting operations, mobile plant interaction, load control, work at height, and interface risks
Investigating incidents and executing functional corrective and preventative actions
Preparing HSEQ reports and delivering information to internal management and external stakeholders
Actively participating in continual improvement initiatives that strengthen safety and security performance and service outcomes for our clients
Use best-practice risk management for complex lifting and transport tasks, ensuring work is planned and carried out safely for everyone involved

Qualifications and Experience
Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
Previous experience in a dedicated HSEQ or Safety Advisor role (essential)
Training or experience in incident investigation methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, Essential Factors, ICAM) (desirable)
Currently hold a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) and/or a relevant trade qualification (highly regarded)
