Residential Site Foreman – High-End Projects | Immediate Start

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Residential Site Foreman to join our team based in St Peters, with an immediate start available.
You will play a critical leadership role on bespoke new builds and major renovations valued between $1.5m – $5m, working closely with leading architects, consultants, and our internal project team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage residential construction projects from early works through to completion
* Take full ownership of on-site delivery, quality, and programme
* Ensure all WHS systems, procedures, and site standards are met and maintained
* Supervise, coordinate, and mentor trades, apprentices, and subcontractors
* Liaise daily with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers in collaboration with the office team
* Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, codes, and best-practice standards
* Identify, resolve, and report site issues proactively
* Contribute positively within a collaborative, high-performance team environment
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman or Senior Carpenter on residential projects
* Strong background in high-end residential new builds and renovations
* Trade qualification (Carpentry & Joinery Cert III or equivalent)
* Qualified Supervisor Certificate and/or Cert IV / Diploma in Building
* Confident using construction and project management systems (BuildPass, Cubit, MS Project or similar)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage sites independently
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
