This role involves overseeing the Fund Accounting team, which is responsible for managing fund operations and investment portfolios. Key responsibilities include calculating investor-related transactions, preparing financial reports, drafting loan and investment agreements, and monitoring compliance with Operating Agreements and PPMs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Fund Accounting & Administration, preferably with a background in accounting or finance. A Bachelors Degree is required, while a Masters Degree and/or CPA certification are desirable. The ability to work onsite in Charlotte is also essential.
