* Minimum 2+ years of 360° recruitment experience including sourcing, headhunting, cold calling, and end-to-end placement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident on the phone, in-person, or virtually, never hesitating to reach out to candidates or stakeholders.
* A driven individual who thrives on taking ownership of recruitment results.
* Knowledge of workforce requirements within resources, energy, government sectors, or willingness to learn rapidly.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
