Aussie Windscreens is a long-standing independent business based in Phillip, ACT. We're passionate about high-quality workmanship, safety and great service. We're looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Trainee Autoglass Installer – no prior experience necessary, full training provided.
About the Role
* Assist experienced technicians with the removal, installation and repair of windscreens and automotive glass on a wide variety of vehicles
* Learn to safely handle, prepare and install automotive glass
* Gain skills in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) recalibration and modern vehicle technology
* Work in a clean, well-equipped workshop with opportunities for site/mobile work
* Progress to become a qualified Autoglass Installer with nationally recognised training
What We're Looking For
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Reliability and punctuality
* Manual driver's licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous automotive or trade experience is a bonus but not essential
