About the role..*
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of exciting brands within the Royal Rehab group, including our disability services brand breakthru, training services brand breakthru College and our hospitality brand Breaking Grounds.
The role may also include some domestic travel where you will be able to visit our various locations and the customers we support.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Developing, implementing and optimising ROI-focused digital campaigns
- Creating printed materials such as brochures, flyers and other marketing collateral
- Social media management, including creating content plans and moderating platforms
- Creating and maintaining reports to track the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Assist with updates and management of our websites
- Planning, writing and publishing customer success stories
- Assist with the planning and management of exhibitions and events
- Performing general marketing administrative duties as required

**Essential Criteria**:
- Qualifications and/or hands-on experience in marketing or related fields
- Demonstrated interest in the disability sector
- An energetic and proactive personality
- Adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience using WordPress
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Experience in photography/videography (highly regarded)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (highly regarded)
