This fulltime position is based at our newly refurbished office at The Federal Mills Business Precinct in North Geelong.
Key Responsibilities
So, what does a day in the life of a legal administration officer look like? While we can guarantee no two days will be the same, this could be you…
* Making of, and time management, of our Wills and Estates, Family Law and Conveyancing appointments and subsequent workflow and carefully monitoring calendar management
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Various administration duties such as reception, photocopying, filing, scanning, telephone calls, composition of correspondence, receipting payments
* Assistance with invoicing where required
* Careful attention to filing of deeds in our legal safe alongside our deed clerk
* Future training in property conveyancing

Salary and Applying
Salary will be paid commensurate with experience, but an indicative start range would be $60,000 - $75,000.
