The Infrastructure and Property Coordinator plays a key role within the university's Shared Services environment, supporting the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure, property, and facilities-related services across multiple faculties and business units. The position ensures that physical assets are maintained to a high standard, projects are delivered effectively, and services are aligned with the university's strategic and operational goals.
Central to the role is partnering with internal stakeholders—including academic and professional staff—and external service providers to deliver consistent, customer-focused solutions. All Shared Services staff will also be required to work and collaborate closely with staff in the corresponding central function to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery. The coordinator fosters collaborative relationships to understand service needs, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a safe, sustainable, and high-performing campus environment that supports teaching, research, and student experience.
