Job Overview
* Licenses and regulatory affairs are managed by the successful candidate. They will work closely with authorities to ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage licenses and regulatory processes for the company.
2. Provide legal advice on corporate, regulatory, and administrative matters.
3. Review and draft regulatory filings, correspondence, and memoranda.
4. Prepare and update company formation documents.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to satisfy regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
* Licensed to practice law in Egypt or an equivalent jurisdiction.
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in corporate, licensing, or regulatory law.
