Enable Living Supports', a leading provider of disability support services, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to join their team in Ballarat, Victoria. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Provide strong leadership and direction to the Enable Living Supports' team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organisation's growth and expansion.
Oversee the delivery of all services, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Manage the organisation's budget, resources, and financial performance.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, and clients, to build and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably within the disability services or community care sector.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team, with a strong focus on building a positive and collaborative work culture.
Excellent strategic and operational planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
Proven track record in financial management and budget oversight.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
