Slee Anderson & Pidgeon is inviting Expressions of Interest from lawyers across
all practice areas
who are looking to build their career with a progressive, supportive, and long-established regional firm.
Whether your experience lies in
commercial law, property, estates, family law, litigation, employment, or any other specialised practice area
, we would love to hear from you.
We are currently exploring growth across multiple departments and are seeking talented legal professionals who want to contribute to our expanding team and the future direction of our firm.
You will have the opportunity to:
* Manage your own files with autonomy;
* Work closely with senior practitioners including our Legal Practice Director, Special Counsels, and experienced lawyers;
* Develop your skills through hands-on experience and direct mentorship;

, including the ability to be based in either our Busselton or Bunbury office, the ability to work from home, flexibility in ordinary hours, and a generous and achievable bonus structure in addition to a competitive base salary. ABOUT YOU
Your desire to develop your legal career within a forward-thinking, supportive firm is the most important attribute you can bring.
You will also have:
* A Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor (or equivalent);
* Admission to practice in Western Australia (or the ability to obtain admission);
* PAE +3 years desirable;
* Strong professional references;
* A willingness to embrace technology (full training and support are available);
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellent client service.
