Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals, medical staff, and administrative teams to drive business success.
* Create and execute effective call plans, ensuring accurate and timely records are kept.
* Sustain optimal event budgets, adhering to company policies.
* Promote sales and marketing strategies to enhance prescriber confidence and meet performance targets.
* Develop and implement territory business plans using an account management approach.
Skill Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in GP and pharmacy sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
* In-depth understanding of the prescription medicines landscape, including the PBS and current/future dynamics affecting the portfolio.
* Proven skills in business and account planning, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively across matrix and cross-functional teams.
* Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy, science, or a related field, with completion of ongoing professional development.
