**The Role**
- Working in our VIC Consortium Media Agency team, you will be responsible for developing and driving advertising sales strategies and innovative campaign briefs for top global media agencies to achieve client's campaign objectives and maximise advertising revenue.
- Provide hands-on account management including client collaborations and project management of key campaigns across digital, social, print and content integration.
- Keep tabs on daily reporting to ensure seamless campaign implementation and ensure a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Formulate, implement and manage strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Assume the role of a trusted media advisor with a core focus on fostering strong media partnerships and retaining and growing your key client partnership.
- Mentor Client Service Executives to deliver on commercial objectives.
**Who you are**
- You will be an experienced and commercially astute media professional who ideally has experience in Agency, Digital, Marketing and/or Media environments.
- Previous experience working with top level media agencies will be seen as highly desirable.
- You will have a fresh and dynamic approach to driving sales strategies across various platforms for both revenue growth and retention.
- You will have outstanding negotiation skills in addition to being able to think strategically and act tactically.
- You have experience leading and implementing cross-platform strategic partnerships.
- You will be agile, forward-thinking and thrive within a high-performance culture to achieve sales targets and drive results.
- You're a true relationship manager who is confident in dealing with both direct clients and senior stakeholders.
- You're a natural networker who understands what is required to build effective relationships.
