Delivering customer service that’s second to none. Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets. Coaching, training, and developing your “Best” team. Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation. Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations. About you
3+ years’ management experience in high-volume retail. A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management. A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.
