As a Classroom Teacher, under the guidance and support from Cultural Leaders, you'll create a safe, inclusive learning space grounded in cultural responsiveness. Your focus will be on high-impact teaching, foundational literacy and numeracy, and meaningful partnerships with Bininj educators, families, and community leaders. You'll lead learning in a multi-age, EAL/D context, where curriculum is Place-based and blends Aboriginal knowledge systems with contemporary pedagogies.
