This hands-on role is all about servicing repairing and maintaining a fleet of a wide range of earthmoving machinery and heavy vehicles. Love working with big machines? What You Will Do:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues across a wide range of heavy vehicles and machinery including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and dump trucks.
* Perform high-quality repairs and routine service and maintenance to keep our fleet in peak condition
* Plan jobs effectively by identifying parts, tools, and timelines to get the work done right — and fast
* Complete clear, detailed job documentation, including repair stories for warranty claims
* Champion a safe and tidy workspace, putting safety at the heart of everything you do
* Potential Travel to sites to service, maintain and repair plant and machinery.
What You Will Bring:
* Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or related qualification)
* 1–2+ years hands-on experience in mechanical servicing and repairs
* Exposure to heavy Industry– highly valued, but not essential
* Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance
* Valid driver's licence & HR licence
* Forklift License Preferred
