We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a motorcycle service advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, organizing bookings and service enquiries, costing and invoicing repair orders, responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone and face-to-face, managing and maintaining customer relationships with fleets of all sizes.
* Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly.
* Liaise with the workshop controller to ensure all service work is carried out within allocated time frames.
* Maintain manufacturer records.
