Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a detail‐oriented Administration & Compliance Officer to support core operational functions.
Your new role
In this fast paced and varied role, you will play a key part in ensuring metering activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:
* General data entry across a range of metering systems and internal databases
* Conducting desktop audits to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
* Communicating with contractors and clients via phone and email
* Preparing and maintaining basic operational reports
* Monitoring compliance requirements and supporting adherence to industry standards
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working with data and administrative processes
* Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a deadline‐driven environment
* Experience in utilities, metering, compliance, or similar fields (desirable but not essential)
