Currently seeking a** Personal Assistant, **is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Agent in the Western Suburb with strong market knowledge. 
- Be the right-hand person to this busy agent 
- Diary Management/organise appointments 
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties 
- Attending meetings with photographers, stylists and buyers 
- Liaise with vendors and buyers 
- Database entry and management 
- Client relationships and management 
- Auction and open home preparation 
- Attending auctions and open homes 
- Conducting pre settlements and settlements of properties
**To be successful you will**:
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license 
- Must have previous Sales Administration or PA experience in Real Estate 
- Must live locally 
- Must be immaculately presented and well-groomed 
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
- Possess a strong work ethic 
- The ability to work proactively and independently
