Are you ready to join the Liebherr family?About the Role:We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Regional Demand Planner to join our expanding team. Based in Para Hills West, Adelaide, you will be supporting operations across Queensland. In this customer- facing role, you’ll lead demand planning efforts to ensure parts availability, drive inventory accuracy, and provide strategic insights that elevate the performance of our supply chain.You’ll work cross-functionally with Inventory Planning, Customer Support, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure our forecasting and supply capabilities meet current and future needs.Skills and Duties:With an immediate start, you will be required to:Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers to validate inventory forecasts and align expectations for stock levels and service deliver for QueenslandProvide timely short- and long-term demand forecasts to the centralised planning team, and drive stock turn improvements to maintain stock accuracyAnalyse trends, identify gaps and advise senior stakeholders on supply prioritiesChampion continuous improvement initiatives with a strong focus on quality assurance, safety, and operational efficiencyPartner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support collaborative planning, ensure alignment, and drive solutions that benefit the end customerRequirements:To be successful in this position, you will have:A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience in the manufacturing, mining, heavy equipment, or industrial spare parts sectors, and preferably have experience in demand planning or forecastingStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholdersExpertise in inventory management principles and ERP systemsStrong analytical skills, advanced Excel user and good with MS OfficeA proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.Our Offer:Diversity and Inclusion:Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group’s Core Values.
