Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity
We are seeking newly registered Occupational Therapists to transition into professional practice. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for mental health and career growth.
The role involves working in a supportive environment with excellent clinical exposure, where you will plan, implement, document, and evaluate occupational therapy assessments and treatments for patient groups.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute occupational therapy plans and interventions for patient groups.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives focused on consumer recovery.
* Participate in ongoing training, regular supervision, reflective practice, and on-the-job learning within the graduate development program.
* Complete two six-month clinical rotations in Mental Health and Wellbeing Service areas.
* Attend monthly study days facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit and complete required assessments.
