Key Responsibilities:

* Familiarity with the Strata Titles Act 1985: Understand and apply the principles of the Act to ensure compliance.
* Meetings and Correspondence: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, notices, and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of strata management, be proficient in software such as Strata Master or Urbanise, and have impeccable standards and presentation.
