Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions – Darwin NT
Dynamic Catering Solutions is a locally owned Territory business specialising in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality supply and contract-based catering solutions across government, Defence and private sector clients.
We currently service several major customers including NT Government, Defence and national clients, with strong existing relationships and repeat revenue across our customer base.
Due to continued growth and recent contract wins, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to take ownership of key accounts and drive further revenue growth.
This is a senior commercial role focused on expanding existing contracts, not cold calling for new business.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of established accounts, with a strong focus on increasing revenue across:
* Hospitality consumables
* Packaging and Smallwares
* Hygiene and cleaning products
* Equipment supply
This role currently influences approximately 50% of the company's revenue, with clear potential to grow significantly through structured account management and commercial engagement.
You will work closely with the Operations & Contracts Manager and Projects team to ensure opportunities are identified, priced correctly and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow strategic customer accounts including NT Government and Defence-related contracts
* Build strong relationships with procurement teams and operational stakeholders
* Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing contracts
* Expand product categories across current customers
* Maintain a structured sales pipeline and revenue forecast
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Contribute to overall business growth and commercial strategy
About You
We are looking for someone commercially minded who understands how to grow revenue within established customer relationships.
You are likely currently working in:
* Hospitality or catering equipment supply
* Food service wholesale or distribution
* Facilities or hygiene product supply
* Government or contract-based B2B sales
You will be confident managing key accounts and identifying opportunities to increase customer spend across multiple product categories.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Experience managing key customer relationships
* Ability to identify and grow revenue within existing accounts
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
What We Offer
* Base salary: $115,000 – $130,000 + Super
* Performance bonus structure aligned to revenue growth and gross profit
