Artisan Baker
To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess a passion for baking and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring all equipment and work areas meet health and safety standards, assessing the quality of raw ingredients, utilizing various baking techniques, and creating fillings for pastries with precision.
You'll oversee the entire baking process, including shaping, loading, baking, and cooling batches of bread, rolls, and pastries. Additionally, you'll operate specialized equipment and maintain the cleanliness of baking trays and other cooking equipment.
Requirements:
* AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV
* 1 to 2 years experience in the industry
* A love for baking and attention to detail
* Commitment to delivering consistent quality
