THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a senior advisory role with a strong ER/IR focus. You will manage complex ER matters end-to-end including investigations, conciliations, disciplinary processes and representation before external bodies. Beyond case management, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, coach junior HR team members, contribute to risk and compliance activities through national site visits, and lead P&C projects including policy reviews and ER framework development. This is a role for someone who can balance day-to-day advisory demands with a longer-term view on workforce capability and culture.
THE CANDIDATE
You will bring a minimum of five years' experience in a senior HR or ER role within a large, complex and fast-paced organisation. You will have a demonstrated track record of managing conciliations, workplace investigations and terminations. You must have experience in a large blue-collar workforce - industries such as construction, logistics, facilities, manufacturing, engineering or similar.
