As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying key client needs and developing strategic relationships. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to think critically will enable you to inspire action and creatively solve complex problems.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value at every touchpoint and expand our presence within a bank. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, with a proven track record of exceeding quota and closing pipeline opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Developing a deep pipeline of Executive level relationships by understanding their business objectives and positioning our solution as a unique value proposition.
 * Creating tailored outreach strategies that differentiate us from competitors and drive meaningful interactions with clients.
 * Casting a wide net to target prospects and securing two-way dialogue across all levels of the organization.
 * Owning conversations across all levels of an organization, from C-suite Executives to Analyst level staff.
 * Guiding prospects through the sales process, including initial discussions, product demos, partnership proposals, due diligence, contract negotiation, and introducing consultants and other staff as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of proven success selling software into financial institutions.
 * A track record of exceeding quota and closing pipeline using every tool at your disposal.
 * Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuading and influencing.
 * The ability to thrive as a hunter, taking initiative and owning your pipeline, engaging executives at all levels, and turning conversations into commitments.
