We are open to candidates with minimal leadership experience but who are passionate about leadership, willing to learn and keen to have career in management.
Some of your day to day Includes:
- Provide leadership/mentorship support to your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and Social Workers;
- Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
- Have an understanding and focus of quality and financial drivers to achieve best practice outcomes for our customers and clients;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team;
