The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working on challenging, high-end projects. You will play a key role in the manufacture and assembly of custom cabinetry, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble custom kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and bespoke joinery
Operate workshop machinery, including CNC router, edge bander, panel saws, and other specialised equipment
Read and interpret detailed plans, shop drawings, and specifications
Perform quality checks and adjustments to achieve flawless workmanship
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in cabinet making/joinery (high-end experience highly regarded)
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with CNC and edge bander machinery (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and within a small, skilled team
Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt
Own tools (preferred)
Current driver’s licence (preferred)
Ability to commute or relocate to Caringbah, NSW before commencing work
