Job Title: Site Coordinator
This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative systems and procedures. Key responsibilities include coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, supporting onboarding of new employees and contractors, and managing site rosters and schedules.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint), and possess exceptional organisational skills. A national police clearance not older than 3 months and current unrestricted working rights for Australia are also required.
